The snow has finally (mostly) melted and the trails of park city are looking great! This summer we are starting a #trailtime series highlighting some of our favorite hiking and biking trails in Park City! First up is a favorite for a quick mountain bike ride in the morning or after work: The Glenwild Loop!

This trail climbs into the hills above Kimball Junction to form an 8.5-mile lollipop loop around the Glenwild Golf Course and gated community. A variety of scenery is encountered along the way, including open sagebrush fields, groves of oak trees and incredible vistas of the Park City area. Right now, the wildflowers are popping off!

Robert Hedges moved to Park City Utah in the fall of 2018. When spring arrived the next year he was amazed at the diversity of the Wildflowers blooming along the trails he hiked with his wife Jane. He started to photograph and research their names and botanical information, which eventually led to this Wildflower guide. Wildflowers, Wildflower Trails, Plant Lore, and a few Wildlife Sightings are included in the book.
