Ready to Bake Treasure Brie ***Available October thru February

A soft ripened cow's milk cheese, with a subtle variation of taste from fruity to grassy when young with an increasing earthy to mushroomy taste when aged 5 to 6 weeks with a creamy buttery mouth sensation. Treasure is named from the Treasure Hill ski slope in Park City

Ingredients: Pasteurized cows milk, Rennet, Kosher Salt, Cultures, preserved in Brine water.

Pairs well with: Sauvignon blanc, Vouvray, Riesling.

Recipe Direction Label: Remove plastic wrap. Pre-heat oven at 350F. Spoon out a circle of 1 inch of the cheese from the center and fill up with white wine or beer, add cracked pepper and one clove of crushed garlic. Wrap in foil and bake at 350F for 30min. Serve with French baguette and Apples.

Pairs well with: Pinot Noir, Burgundy Wine or a White Bordeaux or Loire region
