Asian Dipping Sauce

1 T. soy sauce
1 c. Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap Preserves

Blend together and serve with egg rolls, potstickers, or your favorite Asian dish.

Roasted Beet Napoleons with Ginger with a Snap Drizzle

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. roasted beets
  2. 1 8 oz. log goat cheese with herbs, or 1 tub of cream cheese with chives, or green onion cheese ball.
  3. ½ c. Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap Jalapeno Preserves
Instructions
  1. Slice roasted, peeled beets horizontally ¼ inch thick.
  2. Carefully spread goat cheese or cream cheese or sliced cheese ball on one beet slice.
  3. Repeat with two more beet slices and place on top of each other to make a Napoleon.
  4. Heat Ginger with a Snap Jalapeño Preserves to melt.
  5. Drizzle over Napoleons while still warm

Candied Carrots

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. baby garden carrots
  2. ½ c. Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap Preserves
  3. 1 T. butter
Fresh herbs (optional) your choice of one of the following
  1. 2 tsp. finely chopped rosemary
  2. 2 tsp. finely chopped cilantro
  3. 2 tsp. snipped chives
Instructions
  1. Steam carrots until fork tender.
  2. Transfer to a stove top skillet and heat to medium high.
  3. Gently stir in the preserves and butter to coat the car-rots as it melts.
  4. Continue stirring until carrots are evenly coated and sauce is hot and bubbly.
  5. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.

Healthy Wrap with a “SNAP”

Ingredients
  1. Wraps
  2. Spreadable reduced fat cream cheese
  3. Pepperlane GINGER with a “SNAP”
  4. Boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  5. Boston butter lettuce leaves
  6. Bean Sprouts
  7. Carrots cut into matchsticks
  8. English Cucumber cut into matchsticks
  9. Cilantro leaves—Mint Leaves
  10. Green onions cut lengthwise
Instructions
  1. Sprinkle chicken tenders with salt and pepper, cook in skillet sprayed with pan coating over medium heat until golden brown and no longer pink, about 7 to 8 minutes.
  2. To put the wrap together, generously spread wrap with cream cheese.
  3. Spread preserves over cream cheese.
  4. Lay lettuce over middle of wrap.
  5. Arrange rest of ingredients lined up side by side in small mounds.
  6. Carefully roll up and slice in half diagonally.
  7. Secure seams with toothpick.
  8. Serve with Pepperlane Ginger preserves on the side.
