This boho hippie kitty cat bag is perfect for the young at heart.  Have a sweet kitty best friend accompany you throughout your day.  Kids love this bag!   This super cute kitty cat bag is made from hand-woven 100% cotton in a plaid  pattern.  Adorned with a colorful handmade plush kitty cat on the front side of the bag, it features a top zipper and on the backside an outside zipper compartment, a long adjustable strap for easy crossbody carrying and 2 small pocket on the sides.  This colorful bag is lined in fabric and would be so cute for kids or adults who love cats.

Due to the handmade nature of our bags and purses, each one is a unique, one of a kind creation in color and design.   All the cats are extremely cute and colorful.  Fairly traded from Thailand and are made by traditional Hmong weavers who create many beautiful and stylish bags for us.

HOW WE SHIP
We offer free USPS First Class shipping orders over $100. (Exception to free shipping is our large Ikats - All Ikat blankets will be charge shipping fees due to the weight) For faster shipping, we also offer USPS Priority (usually takes 2-3 days) and USPS Priority Express (usually takes 1-2 days). Select your preferred method of shipping at checkout.

Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc.). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee.

Zenzoey cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.

You will receive a shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.

*All orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Any orders outside the United States may be subject to an import duty tax. Zenzoey Jewelry & Accessories is not liable for delay or cost of the import tax. (please check local customs office for further information.)

Standard shipping rates apply for all other orders less than the $100 minimum. Alaska, Hawaii or International does not receive free shipping and shipping rates will apply.

Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REPAIRS

Zenzoey wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However sometimes something might be wrong, the color, size, etc. We get that! So we offer you an easy return policy to make it simple. We give you 14 days.

Merchandise can be returned unworn and in its original condition for any reason if you are not completely 100% satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it for something else within 14 days of purchase. Please tell us about your item by filling out our return form and sending the completed form to returns@zenzoey.com. We will gladly process an exchange or refund the full amount paid (less shipping charges) within 14 days of purchase. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn and with tags. Please provide the original receipt of merchandise. Exchanged merchandise will be charged shipping (if applicable) for exchanged merchandise and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

Please package your item in its original box with extra padding to prevent damage during shipping. When shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Zenzoey Jewelry and Accessories is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Items returned AFTER 14 days from the delivery date are only eligible for exchanges or store credit. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted after 30 days from the delivery date.

We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received; please note that it may take 7-10 business days from the date you received this email for your refund to be processed. If returning for credit, a Zenzoey Jewelry and Accessories code will be emailed to you in the amount of the items received. If it was a gift, please include the gift giver’s full name or email address so we can search for the order information. If you do not have this information, we are happy to help! You can email customer service at customerservice@zenzoey.com

Exclusions – Charity, Custom Designs and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for refund.

REPAIRS

Your jewelry is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for 4 months from the date of purchase. We are pleased to offer free repairs within the first four months of the purchase date. Any repairs after this time will need to be accessed on an individual basis. Please fill out this form and email it to returns@zenzoey.com, ideally with a picture of the piece and/or description of how it broke. There will a repair fee which will be accessed and emailed back to you, once we receive the merchandise and inspect it. Fees will include cost of additional parts if needed and shipping. (Please keep all parts to the piece to return as complete as possible)
