“The Vegan Toucan” is a happy, light-hearted children’s soft cover book about a friendly toucan named Stan, who happens to be vegan. Stan came to life as a story that Jennifer found herself re-telling to her daughter in their home in Park City, Utah. Because she loved hearing it, Jennifer eventually decided to share the story with the rest of the world too!

In this book, while Stan attempts to eat a vegan meal, he faces a few obstacles that he and his jungle friends work together to overcome!
