When Corinne Zinn moved from Belgium to Park City, Utah, she missed the delicious cheeses from her homeland. In a quest to bring some of these cheeses to Utah, Corinne reached out to French cheesemakers and was invited to travel overseas and be trained in the art of French cheesemaking.
After completing her training, Corinne was recruited by a different French company to sell their cheesemaking equipment in the United States. She worked for this company until it changed ownership and she was asked to move from Park City to Milwaukee to retain her position. But Corinne loved living in Park City and decided it was time to resign and move on to open her first company called Fromage Without Borders.
Deer Valley noticed Corinne’s flair for making incredible cheese and they asked her to come on board and work for them. She loved the perks of being able to ski every morning at the resort and then make cheese in the afternoon. After four years of living the perfect ski town lifestyle, Deer Valley was acquired by an outside company that decided not to continue with their cheese program. This change opened up the door for Corinne to go back out on her own and start another company.Ā The Park City Creamery was born.
Park City Creamery makes authentic European style cheeseĀ right here in Park City, Utah with local milk that gives the cheese unique floral and mountain fresh notes found only in cheese made at high altitude.
