As a young adult, Beverly Cutting, started her studies in nutrition. It still fascinates her today that the food we eat makes a difference in the way we feel. As a mom, she has spent the last 20+ years nourishing her family of picky eaters with recipes that they love and that she feels good about them eating.
When developing Wasatch Waffles, Beverly wanted to feed her family the best waffles/pancakes ever. So she gathered her little, and not-so-little, picky eaters together, and started with her five-grain profile, then they went to work to make it the perfect texture and taste. The result was this delicious and healthy waffle and pancake mix that they all could agree on eating. They’ve received many compliments over the years, most notably from a guy from Belgium who said Wasatch Waffles taste better than authentic Belgian waffles!
Fast forward to March 2020 at the Cutting family home, we decided to do something worthwhile during COVID. So we set out to share our family’s favorite recipes that repeatedly get compliments and recipe requests. Wasatch Waffles was the first on our list. We truly believe that Wasatch Waffles are the best thing that ever happened to breakfast.
