The Cool Way to Carry Stuff in Park City! 

Stardust Bags are good for the Earth, Park City and all of humanity.

Park City is a community that is deeply rooted in winter sports, love of the outdoors and the health of our environment.

Parkites ride bikes everywhere, they compost their kitchen scraps, recycle their wine corks and shop with reusable grocery bags.

When you come to visit, we’d like you to be a Parkite too! 

Be prepared to hop on a bike or a bus, recycle (yes, even while you are on vacation) and ‘Shop like a local’ with your Stardust Bags.

Stardust Bags are made from Jute, an ancient fiber the Egyptians prized for its strength and beauty.

When Jute is grown, it creates more Oxygen and absorbs more CO2 than trees! Stardust is Just like Nature. No resources are depleted, and no trash is created. If the bag ever wears out, you can compost it, and it will biodegrade in 9 weeks.

Our name was inspired by Joni Mitchell’s song Woodstock.  ‘We are Stardust, we are golden…and we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden.’

We are proud to create a useful product that will return ‘back to the garden’ at the end of its life.
